Molten steel sampler
Molten steel sampler is mainly used to rapidly remove a steel sample for spectral analysis, has simple structure, convenient application, saving time, high accuracy (98%), and the steel sample full co***ct, smooth no stomata characteristics, widely used in steelmaking furnace, converter, continuous casting and secondary refining process is an ideal tool to molten steel sampler.
Method of use:
1, insert the sampler special measuring gun;
2, molten steel sampler measurement at 60 ~ 65 °, insert in the molten steel, insert a depth of more than 350 mm, sampling time 4 ~ 6 s;
3, sampler, out of the metal furnace, ladle on the ground, lightly steel sample will fall to the ground.
Note:
1, the sampler in the preservation period must prevent be affected with damp be affected with damp;
2, molten steel temperature must be above 1400 ℃ in the sample;
3, avoid strong vibration, in order to prevent the crushing of the quartz tube;
4, QR - KQY as deoxidizer, suitable for the high oxygen content of molten steel sampling; QR - KQN as deoxidizer, sampling is suitable for steel with low oxygen content.
